ECITD is pleased to announce the opening of this Request for service provider for the organisation of a Multistakeholder WEF Nexus Capitalization Conference and Specific Events. This conference will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, partners, experts and researchers in the fields of water, energy, and food (WEF) to collaborate, share knowledge, and highlight the outcomes and achievements of the WEF-CAP project. The conference will include various activities alongside its technical and side sessions, such as the Networking Café, Tedx clustering, and capitalization night events, to encourage interaction and exchange of ideas among attendees. This conference is tentatively scheduled to take place on the 8th and 9th of May, 2023. The selected service provider will be responsible for the overall organisation of the conference and specific events, including pre-conference planning, coordinating logistics, preparing testimony, documentary video and press release, and post-conference follow-up. The reference number of this request is ECITD/WEFCAP/002/2023. All interested parties are invited to review the attached documents and submit their proposals including financial and technical offers in accordance with the requirements outlined. The deadline for submission of proposals is May 1st, 2023 at 14:00 Cairo time.
